Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

Veygo’s Refer a Friend Reward Scheme is open to all Veygo customers and is run by Able Insurance Services Limited trading as Veygo, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EH (“Veygo”). Employees of the Admiral Group of companies and their families are not permitted to receive benefits under the Reward Scheme.

On participation in the Refer a Friend Reward Scheme participants are deemed to accept and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Veygo customer will be required to sign into their Veygo customer account from the Refer a Friend webpage veygo.com/refer to access their Refer a Friend unique referrer link. Once the “Referrer” has their unique referrer link, they will be able to share with their Friend/s (“Referred Party”) inviting them to take part in the Reward Scheme.
  1. The Friend must use the referrer’s link to sign up to the Refer a Friend Reward Scheme. Once this is complete, the friend visits Veygo.com to purchase a policy.
  1. The Referrer can invite as many Friends as they wish during the Reward Scheme.
  1. The Friend must purchase any of Veygo’s offered motor insurance from Veygo.com
  1. The Friend must be a new customer, who has not previously purchased from Veygo to qualify for the reward.
  1. The policy purchased by The Friend must be to the minimum value of £30.00 – this means you will be required to spend at least £30.00 to purchase a policy to qualify for the reward. The minimum value of £30.00 can include the add-on of breakdown cover and is inclusive of taxes
  1. The Friend’s policy must be active for a minimum of 14 days. If the policy duration is less than 14 days, then the policy must have reached its expiry or reached the minimum value of £30.00 to qualify before any vouchers are rewarded to either party, and may take up to 30 days to be awarded.
  1. The Friend must use the same email address used to sign up to the Reward Scheme and to purchase the policy.
  1. The Reward Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  1. Each party has the choice of either a £10 Amazon voucher or £10 Uber Eats voucher. The vouchers will be rewarded when all terms and conditions have been met.
  1. This referral scheme is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Amazon or Uber Eats.
  1. Veygo reserve the right to cancel the Refer a Friend Reward Scheme at any time.
  1. Veygo reserves the right to substitute the reward for a reward of equal or greater value. This applies to the reward as a whole or certain elements of it. The reward must be accepted as offered and there is no cash alternative.
  1. Veygo shall not be liable for any cancellations, technical disruptions or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any participant from participating in the Refer a Friend Reward Scheme.
  1. Veygo reserves the right to use a participants first name in future promotional activity. Any personal data provided to Veygo as part of this promotion will be used solely in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
  1. The terms and conditions of this promotion are as stated within this document and do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of Veygo motor policies which may be purchased. No other representations (written or verbal) shall apply.
  1. Applications for Veygo motor policies are subject to their normal terms and conditions including underwriting criteria. Veygo reserves the right to decline any application for any policy or product at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. In these cases, the Referred Party will not be eligible for the Refer a Friend Reward Scheme and the referral will be cancelled.
  1. Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the receipt of voucher may result in the loss of the reward and termination of the Veygo policy.
  1. The refer a friend scheme is hosted by Buyapowa who will only receive the data that is necessary to fulfil the promotion.
  1. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
